Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

    • Pricing errors

    • Stock unavailability

Delivery

  • Orders are made to order, taking around 14 days.

  • Standard UK delivery: Royal Mail 24/48.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; MY Dogco is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate.

Custom & Personalised Orders

  • Orders that include personalisation (e.g. colour choices, size specifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • Please check all details before submitting your order.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

  • Minor variations in handmade products may occur; these are not considered faults.

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their dog’s size, breed, and strength.

 Always supervise your dog when using these products and ensure collars and leads are fitted correctly.

MY Dogco accepts no liability for injury, accidents, or damage resulting from misuse, improper use, or failure to follow these instructions.
