Shipping policy

At MY Dogco, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually made and processed within 14 business days.

Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch, using Royal Mail tracked 24/48.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays, customs, or public holidays).

3. 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

  • Any customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. 

Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • MY Dogco is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. 

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@dogco.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the courier to investigate and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
